Hot Mugshot Guy Jeremy Meeks has reportedly signed a lucrative modelling contract and secured himself a high-profile agent.

Jeremy Meeks' life has turned upside down since he was arrested on weapons charges on June 18.

After his flattering mugshot photo went viral on Facebook last month, the 30-year-old's future has been the subject of intense speculation. According to TMZ, Meeks will finally be able to put his criminal past behind him for good, after signing a $30,000 modelling contract with Blaze Modelz.

A spokesperson from the LA-based agency reportedly called Meeks' look - tattoos and all - "edgy". Notorious Hollywood talent agent Gina Rodriguez, a former porn star whose clients include Nadya ‘Octomum’ Suleman, is said to be representing Meeks. Rodriguez told media in the US that she hoped she could help Meeks "turn his life around". “I think that if he has a chance to have an amazing career, and change his life for his family, that’s the ultimate rags to riches story,” she said.

Meeks remains a hit on social media. The original Stockton Police Department photo has over 100,000 likes, while 200,000-plus fans have liked the . His supporters have launched a crowdfunding campaign to raise the money needed to cover his massive bail bill, said to be worth $900,000. Meeks’ next court date is July 8.
