So, in my opinion, I think that Villa could do with a little cup run to boost confidence in the squad, a win is a win after all, even if it is against a League Two team!! The gaffer has spoke to the press this week and mentioned that his side need to win to get that feeling back, it’s a feeling the Villa players haven’t had for a long long time, I think tomorrow could be the game they turn their season around, everyone associated with Villa knows that this is a huge game and means more than just progression to the next round of the cup, it’s more about the confidence it would inject into the squad.
